B888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to you once all active wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
